MAURITIUS, 3B8. Paul, G8AFC is QRV as 3B8/G8AFC from Pereybere
until March 2. Activity is on the HF bands and 6 meters using
primarily CW. QSL via operator’s instructions.
ITU HQ, 4UxITU. ITU International ARC club station 4U1ITU in Geneva
marks World Radio Day on February 13 with the inauguration of
special call 4U0ITU. The call is in use until the World
Radiocommunication Conference 2015, from November 2 to 27. QSL via
bureau.
TANZANIA, 5H. Operators Elvira, IV3FSG and Carlo, IK6CAC will be
QRV as 5H1ES and 5H1OC, respectively, from Zanzibar Island, IOTA
AF-032, from February 18 to March 11 while here as voluntary
operators of the Informatici Senza Frontiere. Activity will be
holiday style on the HF bands using CW, SSB and various digital
modes. QSL to home calls.
KENYA, 5Z. Bertrand, DF3FS and Oli, DL9OLI will be QRV as 5Z4/home
calls from Diani Beach from February 16 to March 8. Activity will
be holiday style on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home
calls.
KUWAIT, 9K. Special event station 9K54NLD is QRV until February 28
to mark the country’s 54th National Liberation Day. QSL via 9K2MY.
RWANDA, 9X. Carl, SM6CPY is QRV as 9X0PY from Kigali until March 2.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters depending on operating conditions.

SPAIN, EA. Sal, EA5DY, Juanjo, EA1WX, Salva, EA5BB and Pilar,
EA4GQC are QRV as EG5ANT until February 22 during Antarctic Activity
Week. QSL via EA5DY.
FRANCE, F. Special event station TM12WAP will be QRV from February
14 to 28 from the national park Livradois Forez. Activity will be
on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL via F8DHE.
FRENCH POLYNESIA, GO. Pete, K8PGJ will be QRV as FO/K8PGJ from Bora
Bora, IOTA OC-067, from February 15 to 24. Activity is holiday
style on the HF bands. QSL to home call.
HONDURAS, HR. Will, AA4NC will be QRV as HR5/AA4NC from February 17
to 25. Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.
This includes being an entry in the upcoming ARRL International DX
CW contest as a Single Op entry. QSL direct via AI4C.
ARUBA, P4. Jack, WX3P will be QRV as P40JP from February 14 to 19.
Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using QRP power. QSL to home

CURACAO, PJ2. Operator DL9NBJ will be QRV as PJ2/DL9NBJ from
February 17 to March 10. Activity will be with low power. QSL via

SAINT MAARTEN, PJ7. Tom, AA9A will be QRV as PJ7AA from February 18
to March 16. Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.

SP8SIW and Dmitri, RA9USU will be QRV as TI9/3Z9DX from February 16

EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA. Special event station RC70YC is QRV until
February 22 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Yalta
Conference which was held in February 1945. QSL direct via K2PF.
MICRONESIA, V6. Madison, W5MJ will be QRV as V63MJ from Kosrae
Island, IOTA OC-059, from February 16 to 24. Activity will be on
160 to 10 meters using CW. QSL via M0URX.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The CQ World Wide RTTY WPX Contest,
PODXS 070 Club Valentine Sprint, SARL Field Day Contest,
Asia-Pacific Spring CW Sprint, Dutch PACC Contest, KCJ Topband CW
Contest, OMISS QSO SSB Party, New Hampshire QSO Party, FISTS Winter
Unlimited CW Sprint and the RSGB 1st 1.8 MHz Contest are all on tap
for this upcoming weekend.
The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest is scheduled for February 16.
The QRP CW Fox Hunt, AGCW Semi-Automatic Key CW Evening and CWops
Mini-CWT CW Test are scheduled for February 18. Please see February
