JAMAICA, 6Y. Larry, WO7R is part of the VHF Pirates DXpedition and
active as 6Y7R until July 8. Activity is holiday style on the HF
bands. They are active as 6Y5AZ on 6 and 2 meter EME. QSL via
operators’ instructions.
MALDIVES, 8Q. Wolfgang, DK1HW is QRV as 8Q7HW from the Safari
Island Resort on Mushimasgali Island, IOTA AS-013, until June 28.
Activity is holiday style on the HF bands using CW, SSB and PSK31.

CAPE VERDE, D4. Harald, DF2WO is QRV as D44TWO from Praia, Santiago
Island, IOTA AF-005, until July 13. Activity is holiday style on 40
to 10 meters using CW, SSB and various digital modes. QSL via

FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, DA. Operators Damir, DF7FR, Mario,
DJ2MX and Zik, DK8ZZ are QRV with special event call sign DR160TESLA
until June 14, 2016 to commemorate Nikola Tesla’s 160th birthday.

HAITI, HH. A group of operators are QRV with special call 4V1G
until June 27. They have a 6-meter beacon on 50105.6 kHz and are
active on this frequency as well. QSL via W3HNK.
REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HL. A group of operators are QRV as 6M6M from
Cheju Island, IOTA AS-026, until June 26. Activity is on 6 meters
only using CW, SSB, FM and various digital modes. QSL via HL2UVH.
HONDURAS, HR. Dan, HR2DMR is QRV as HQ8S from Swans Island, IOTA
NA-035, until June 30. Activity is in his spare time on 80 to 10
meters using CW and SSB. QSL via KD4POJ.
DOMINICA, J7. Howard, WB4WXE is QRV as J79XE until July 11.
Activity is on 40 to 10 meters, but concentrates on 6 meters when
conditions allow. QSL to home call.
JAPAN, JA. Members of the JARL Okinawa Branch are QRV with special
call 8N655HAM until July 31 to celebrate its 55th anniversary. QSL
via JS6PSH.
FAROE ISLANDS, OY. Roger, SM7RYR is QRV as OY/SM7RYR until June 27.
Activity is holiday style on 20 to 10 meters using only CW. QSL

GREECE, SV. Juergen, DK3SJ is QRV as SV8/DK3SJ from Eresos/Lesbos
Island, IOTA EU-049, until July 24. Activity is holiday style on 80

PALAU, T8. Naoki, JS3LSQ will be QRV as T88WJ from June 25 to 29.
Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using mostly RTTY. QSL to home call.
EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA. Special event station R270SR is QRV until
September 12 to celebrate the town of Rychovka’s 270th anniversary.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters, and various VHF bands. QSL via

ST. KITTS AND NEVIS, V4. Gary, G0FWX will be QRV as V4/G0FWX from
Calypso Bay from June 29 to July 6. QSL via M0URX.
CANADA, VE. Operator VA3CCO will be QRV from the Point Abino
Lighthouse, ARLHS CAN-385, during the ARRL Field Day. Activity will
be on 80, 40 and 20 meters using CW and SSB. QSL via VE3CX.
LAOS, XW. Bruce, 3W3B will be QRV as XW4XR from Vientiane from June
30 to July 12. Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters, and possibly
6 meters, using mainly RTTY and JT65 and possibly CW. QSL via E21EIC.
NICARAGUA, YN. Rafael, NN3RP is QRV as YN2RP until July 22 while
traveling to various parts of the country. Activity is on 40 to
10 meters using CW and SSB, with some activity on Satellites FO-29
and SO-50. QSL to home call.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. ARRL Field Day, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC
CW Sprint, Battle of Carabobo International Contest, UFT QRP CW
Contest, South African Radio League Top Band QSO Party, His Majesty
King of Spain SSB Contest and the Ukrainian DX DIGI Contest will
certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.
The Phone Fray and CWops Mini-CWT CW Test are scheduled for June 29.
The ARRL National Parks on the Air event runs during all of 2016 to
mark the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service.
